Advanced Registration
(daily continental breakfast and lunch provided)
Participant Rate*: $89 per person/1 day or $160 per person/2 days
Basic Rate: $109 per person/1 day or $200 per person/2 days
Group Rate: Groups of 4 or more receive a $15 per person discount off of the Basic or Participant Rate.
Group Rate conference attendees must register by phone, fax or mail.
* Participant Rate reserved exclusively for credentialed professionals or individuals currently in practicum with IN-AJSOP for Levels 1,2 or 4.
Basic Rate and Participant Rate conference attendees can register online using a Visa or MasterCard credit card.

Advance registration forms must be postmarked no later than May 17, 2010. Forms postmarked after May 17, 2010 will be processed at the on-site rate. After May 17, 2010, you must register on-site.
On-Site Registration
Basic Rate: $129 per person/1 day or $220 per person/2 days
Participant Rate*: $109 per person/1 day or $180 per person/2 days
Group Rate: Unavailable for on-site registration

Cancellation Policy
Written cancellations, requests for refunds, and/or changes will be accepted until May 17, 2010 without penalty. Cancellations and refund requests received after May 17, 2010 will not be accepted.
CE Credits
Application made for NASW and IPLA credits.
